ABOUT US
Founded in 2006, the Pope John Paul II Society of Evangelists, Inc., is registered under the United States Internal Revenue, Code 26, as a 501(c3), a Non-profit, religious organization.
Evangelization is an essential mission of the Catholic Church and the Pope John Paul II Society of Evangelists. Evangelization is thought of by many as the process of making new Catholics. While bringing new people to the faith is an essential component of evangelization, it is important to realize that it is much more than just that. Evangelization is also the process of reaching out to inactive Catholics, and to bring practicing Catholics to a deeper understanding of and devotion to their faith.
The Pope John Paul II Society of Evangelists Inc.™, has undertaken an attack on secularization. First, we make evangelization materials available for members at no cost (by download). We also offer numerous lectures on CDs by Catholic experts on various aspects of the Faith far below retail prices. We have made available contacts for further resources, a recommended book list, homilies, and much more. The idea is that if materials are inexpensive enough, people can afford to give them away when an evangelization opportunity arises.
